KokiHQLaunch StudioThis agreement is between Alvaro Reinoso, doing business as Launch Studio by KokiHQ ("KokiHQ", "we"), based in Georgia, United States, and the business named at checkout ("you"). You accept it when you complete checkout or sign below.
1. What we do
We build, host and look after a website for your business under the plan you choose:
- We aim to have your site live within about 7 days after we receive your information and photos. This is a target, not a guarantee.
- We host it, keep its security certificate current, and back it up.
- We make the changes you ask for: on the yearly option, unlimited small edits (fair use); on the monthly option, using your monthly edit credits (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy §4). Larger work is quoted separately.
- Your site is built privately and goes live on your own domain. Your free sample is only a starting point; your real site has its own private preview until you approve it.
- Two approvals: you approve the design direction before we build your full site (design approval), and you approve the finished site before it goes live (launch approval). Your service term starts on your launch date.
- A person at KokiHQ reviews and approves every new website before it launches. Updates you request are quality-checked before they go live, using automated checks and human review where needed. We use AI tools to help do the work.
2. Plans and prices

Prices are in US dollars. The yearly option is 12 months for the price of 10. We'll give you 30 days' email notice of any price change, and your price won't change during a paid year. Edit credits, extra credits and turnaround are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy (§4).
3. Refunds
Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of this agreement. In short: setup and yearly payments are fully refunded within 14 days if we haven't started building; if you haven't sent your materials within 60 days of paying, we refund you in full automatically; monthly refunds cover the current month only, within 14 days and before any work that month (not after your site has launched in its first month); yearly refunds after that are the unused paid months. Billing errors are always corrected.
4. Term and cancelling
- Your service term starts when your site launches.
- Monthly option: cancel any time by emailing ops@kokihq.com; your service ends at the end of the month you've paid for.
- Yearly option: renews automatically each year at the same price; we email you 30 days before renewal, and you can cancel any time before it renews. Cancelling during the build counts the build as 1 started month.
- No cancellation fees or penalties on either option.
- Unused edit credits end when the plan ends.
5. Payment
- Payments are taken automatically each month by our payment processor (Stripe), by card or bank transfer (ACH). We never see or store your full card details.
- If a payment fails, we follow the missed-payment steps in the Refund and Cancellation Policy (§7a): email and secure update link on day 0, reminder on day 3, work and support paused on day 7 (site stays online), site temporarily suspended on day 14, account closed after our review on day 30 (30-day transfer window), files may be deleted from day 60. Pay at any time before closure and we restore your service promptly. Your domain always stays yours.
6. Your part
- Give us accurate information about your business, and reply to our questions and approvals.
- Share your materials (information, photos, logo, access we need) within 60 days of payment. If you don't, we refund what you paid in full automatically and close the project.
- Only send us photos, logos and text you have the right to use.
- Your business and your site content must be lawful. We may decline content that isn't.
7. Who owns what
- You own your domain name (registered in your name), your business name, your logo, and the text and photos you give us.
- We own our designs, templates, code and tools. While you're a client, you can use them on your site.
- When you leave (any plan, account paid up), you have 30 days to download your content and a working copy of your site's files (static HTML) to keep using or move; help moving to another host is quoted on request. Our templates can't be resold.
- Reviews and details we show from public profiles (such as Google) belong to their owners. We display them as those platforms allow.
8. What we don't promise
We don't guarantee search rankings, calls, leads or sales. We use reliable hosting, but we can't guarantee the site will never be down, because we depend on hosting and internet providers.
9. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the problem. Neither of us is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement with 30 days' email notice. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect, without any early-cancellation charge.
11. Law and disputes
Georgia law applies. If there's a problem, we'll both first try to sort it out by talking. If that doesn't work, disputes go to the courts of Dodge County, Georgia.
