Prices are in US dollars. The only discount is for paying the year upfront. There are no other promotions, payment plans or hidden fees.

On the yearly option you get unlimited small edits (fair use) instead of credits. Turnaround is counted after we have everything we need for the change.
What every plan includes
- Your website, designed and built for your business: up to 3, 6 or 9 pages depending on your plan (more pages are quoted)
- Hosting, a security certificate (https) and routine backups
- Basic search setup: page titles, descriptions, your local business details and a sitemap
- Website edits (see how edits work) and routine maintenance
- Email support, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern, at ops@kokihq.com
- Your own domain: you register and own it; we connect it to your site
Not included: business email, domain registration fees, paid advertising, advanced SEO, third-party fees, and work outside your plan unless we agree it separately (we always tell you the price first). Google Business Profile setup isn't included at this time. We don't promise search rankings, calls or sales.
When you pay
- Monthly option: the setup fee is charged when you tell us to start building. Your monthly price starts on the day your website goes live, and renews each month until you cancel.
- Yearly option: the yearly price is charged when you tell us to start building. Your 12-month service year starts on the day your website goes live. It renews at the same price, and we email you 30 days before it renews.
- We aim to launch about 7 days after we have your details and photos (a target, not a guarantee). You approve the design before we build and the finished site before it goes live.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, by card or bank transfer. We never see your full card number.
How edits work
Yearly option: small edits have no monthly limit (fair use), such as updating text or hours, a new phone number, swapping photos, adding reviews or a short announcement.
Monthly option: you get edit credits every month: 4 (Essentials), 8 (Growth) or 12 (Pro).

- We tell you the credit cost before we start. If you don't agree, nothing is used.
- Our mistakes are free, and so is anything broken, security- or hosting-related.
- Urgent notices (like "Closed today for weather") cost 1 credit and are done the same business day if we get them by 2 pm Eastern.
- Unused credits roll over for 1 month. Extra credits are $12 each or 5 for $50.
- Every reply shows your balance, and you can switch to yearly at any time.
Refunds and cancelling, in plain words
- Cancel any time by emailing ops@kokihq.com. No fees, no penalties, no phone call.
- Changed your mind before we start building? Setup and yearly payments are refunded in full within 14 days of paying.
- Never got around to sending your details? If we don't receive your materials within 60 days of paying, we refund you in full automatically.
- Monthly: you can get your current month back if you ask within 14 days of the charge and we haven't done any work for you that month. Your first month isn't refundable once your site has launched, and past months aren't refunded.
- Yearly: if you cancel part-way, we refund your unused paid months (months used × the monthly price). We never charge the setup fee you skipped.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Billing mistakes are always fixed.
- If you leave, your domain stays yours and you can download your site files and content for 30 days.
